SUBMISSION STATEMENTS:
Refer to the Criteria of the Award you are applying for. This list defines the award criteria to guide the provision of details of the initiative, the challenge, and the outcome.
Information in this section will ONLY be available to the AIHS judges and the AIHS Awards team and will NOT be used in collateral or on the website. All judges sign confidentiality agreements
Individual Awards:
The Award submission must clearly explain how the criteria for the award has been met or exceeded. Statements on each award criteria should be approx. 300 words each, with a maximum 2,500 words across all statements. Any text that exceeds the 2,500-word limit may not be viewed by the judging panel.
Organisational/Team Awards:
The Award submission must clearly explain how the criteria for the award has been met or exceeded. The Submission Statements on Challenge, Initiative and Outcomes must adhere to the word count limit of 2,500 words in total. Any text that exceeds the 2,500-word limit may not be viewed by the judging panel.
Supporting Evidence:
Your Award submission may be supported by evidence:
- Maximum of 5 x A4 pages, plus
- One (optional) video link (max. 5 mins)
Should you include hyperlinks to webpages in your supporting evidence, each hyperlink counts as one (1) of your A4 pages.
Please ensure that any critical information is included in your submission statements and does not rely only on evidence. The purpose of the evidence is to support what is detailed within the submission.
